As leader of the team at Group One Realtors, Carol has been actively selling real estate since 1985 when she was awarded Rookie of the Year with Whiteside Associates. A multi-million dollar producer every year since then, she founded Group One Realtors in 1990 and has continued full speed ahead. A third generation Dallasite, she is very proud that her maternal grandparents lived on Belmont in East Dallas and her paternal grandparents lived on Miramar in HP. After acquiring her bachelor's degree from UNT in Secondary Education (English & German) and her master's from SMU in Elementary Education, she taught at Armstrong Elementary in HPISD for several years. When she and her husband started their family, she opened Kid's Korner in Lakewood Shopping Center, a  children's clothing and toy boutique. A natural born salesperson, Carol soon made the leap into real estate sales where she found her perfect niche.  Along with her extensive real estate career, she is also a professional photographer, an excellent complement to her real estate career. Today as a doting grandmother to five and an avid tennis player, Carol still actively sells homes, sharing her extensive real estate knowledge with her team and her community.  

Besides her multi-million dollar awards, Carol has acquired many real estate designations including:

• GRI, CRS, and CRB - the highest credentials awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers
• Certified Historic Home Specialist
